・It is prohibited to falsely describe, publish, or distribute another sound source or another character as "狐嗄".

・It is prohibited to describe, publish, or distribute the sound source or character of "狐嗄" under the false pretense of 　another sound source or character.

・It is prohibited to have AI learn standing pictures and public illustrations.

・It is prohibited to train the sound source with AI and use it as a voice changer (MMVC, RVC, etc.), or to distribute or

　sell the model.

・Unauthorized AI training of sound sources and distribution or sale of AI singing models are prohibited.

​　(It is only allowed if permission is obtained from "みかんいろ", but permission is not always granted.)

・It is forbidden to use the sound source or the character for activities such as fishing, jokes, etc. that disturb or disturb 　people.
・It is prohibited to reduce the impression of this sound source, another sound source, or the character.

​・It is prohibited to treat this character as another character's childhood or post-growth appearance.

・It is prohibited to make others uncomfortable.

​・It is prohibited to use sound sources or characters for breaking the law, criticizing individuals/groups/countries,

   religious relations, or criticism of politics.

◆Terms of use for sound sources◆

・This sound source is a sound source library for UTAU using the voice of "みかんいろ". The copyright is in "みかんいろ".

・When using a sound source or character, please write the name of the sound source somewhere.
・The sound libraries may not be redistributed without permission, regardless of whether they have been processed or 　not.
  ※This will also be prohibited if the sound source library is no longer available for download due to discontinuation of 

     distribution, etc.

・Please do not use undistributed sound sources (such as みかんいろ's singing or speaking voice) as the original sound for 

   UTAU.​ Please be sure to use the distributed sound source.

・You can change the sound source settings, aliases, etc. for your convenience.
・Unauthorized distribution of original sound settings and frequency tables is OK.

・The sound source may be updated without notice.

◆Use of characters, secondary creation◆

・Regarding character design, the copyright for derivative works belongs to "みかんいろ".
・You can modify the character's clothing and character as you like.
・Regarding secondary creation, there are no restrictions on Coupling expression (Natural love, Boys love), erotic,

   grotesque, R-rated . Please as you like.
  ※However, please make sure that erotic, gross, and R-rated material is not accessible to people outside the target age         range.

・When creating a Coupling work, please also check the terms of the other party.

​・No permission is required to draw, request, or receive a request for an illustration of "狐嗄" for an original song or cover

　song (regardless of whether it is for free or for commercial purposes).
・If you are doing fan fiction activity by yourself (regardless of free use or commercial purpose), permission is voluntary.
   No permission is required for illustrations, Three-dimensional objects, or cosplay.
